In Matthew 12:31-32, we have the unpardonable sin where it says--

(31) ...hH DE TOU PNEUMATOS BLASFHMIA OUK AFEQHSETAI.

(32) ...hOS D' AN EIPHi LOGON KATA TOU PNEUMATOS TOU hAGIOU OUK AFEQHSETAI
AUTWi OUTE EN TOUTWi TWi AIWNI OUTE EN TWi MELLONTI.

Is the greek text to be understood as saying that a person cannot be forgiven
under any circumstances after having committed this particular sin or is it
saying that the person cannot be forgiven only so long as he is committing
this particular sin (implying that forgiveness could be given in the future
if he stopped doing so)?
