Romans 1:16,17 - The antecedent of EN AUTW

<x-flowed>EN AUTW is generally understood to refer to TO EUAGGELION in verse 16. I
suspect that PANTI TW PISTEUONTI is a more likely antecedent. Is there any
evidence to the contrary?
