A good start is to use Bill Mounce's _Graded Reader_ and then move on to
Guthrie and Duvall's _Biblical Greek Exegesis_ while reading Dan Wallace's
_Greek Grammar:Beyond the Basics_ or Richard Young's _Intermediate Grammar_
