Dear b-greekers,

Please be aware that you are cordially invited to join in with an
international group of Greek readers who will translate the entire Greek
New Testament during the 40 days of Lent (which begins this Wednesday
with Ash Wednesday). This group has been meeting for four years now and
has a lot of fun together. There are 680 pages of text in the NA GNT.
That comes out to a daily avg. of text of 17 pages. It is a brisk pace.
That exhilarating pace is part of the fun of the group and its task.

We follow the schedule found at
http://www.stpeters.org/lent/readings.htm

We meet in cyber-space and trade comments on the day's texts on the
bulletin board found at
http://pub4.ezboard.com/bsjdchristianeducationforum

If you would enjoy participating in this group and this lenten
discipline, please take a moment and sign up with the bulletin board.
This fast train is pulling out of the station right away.

cheers,

Bill+

Convener of the Lenten Greek Reading Group
