At my Swanson's List of Errata... site you will find a link (on the opening
page) for a free PUBLIC DOMAIN Syriac Estrangelo font. Titled
--SYRIAC44.ttf
No right-to-left utility is provided. But the font is useful to many
writers as there are no copyrights or fees to be wary of. I created the
font and give it into the public domain. Freely use it!!
I would appreciate just giving credit, in your published uses of it.
It is a beautiful font, it will not function on Mac's or Apple machines. It
is a True Type font, for Windows 95, 98 and 2000, and all versions of NT.
A key board chart is also provided in the "Font Data" section. All of the
keys are found in the normal 102 keyboards (the upper area).
