Hello B-Greekers,
I just stumbled upon a source for Greek tools (or any kind of new
books), which offers prices 15-20% lower than the typically reduced
prices of other on-line booksellers: AllDirect.com I thought the
potential savings might interest students and others on the forum.
AllDirect's offering does not seem quite as complete as Amazon.com's or
BarnesandNoble.com's, but they have the best prices I've seen on many
titles.
Whereas B&N and Amazon typically discount hardbacks by 30% and
paperbacks by only 20, AllDirect typically discounts hardbacks by 40%
and paperbacks by 36%! Strangely though, some books which are
discounted by other online booksellers are *not at all* discounted.
Dana and Mantey's Grammar is $62.55 (!) at AllDirect.com, and "only"
$46.95 at Christianbook.com -- $49.75 at B&N.
(And of course some titles are "unbeatably" priced elsewhere, such as
Aland's NA-27 and Metzger's Textual Commentary for only $23 each at
americanbible.org...)
AllDirect.com ships US Postal Service Ground (not Priority) for only
$2.60 for first book and $0.85 for each additional.

Language Studies")
Disclaimer: I have not yet ordered from AllDirect, and know nothing
about their service. Did not see possible state Sales Tax discussed in
their FAQs -- they list a Tennessee address.
