What light does the LXX reading APOSTROFH shed on Susan T. Foh's reading of

Herodotus in the Histories writes

PUQOMENOI GAR hWS hUETAI PASA hH XWRH TWN hELLHNWN ALL' OU POTAMOISI ARDETAI
KATA PER hH SFETERH, EFASAN hELLHNAS YEUSQENTAS KOTE ELPIDOS MEGALHS KAKWS
PEINHSEIN. TO DE EPOS TOUTO EQELEI LEGEIN hWS, EI MH EQELHSEI SFI hEIN hO
QEOS ALLA AUXMWi DIAXRASQAI, LIMWi hOI hELLHNES hAIREQHSONTAI; OU GAR DH SFI
ESTI hUDATO OUDEMIA ALLH APOSTRAFH hOTI MH EK TOU DIOS MOUNON.

Here APOSTROFH is used in the sense of "resource." I think this is most
likely the meaning intended by the translators of the LXX.
