Having read 28 Sept 1999 posts, I understand what Paul is using here.
Especially useful were Carl's comments on what LSJ has to say. That really
clarified things. Thanks, Mike, for the reference. I think that DIA is
used much like META when in this sense. Perhaps for the value found in
'non-repetition,' Paul chose to use a different word. 'Variety,' after
all, 'is the spice of life.'
