Wayne Akins:

Regarding Rom. 6:12

MH OUN BASILEUETW hH hAMARTIA EN TWi QNHTWi SWMATI EIS TO
hUPAKOUEIN TAIS EPIQUMIAIS AUTOU.

Perhaps this translation might help:

"Therefore, sin, [let it] not reign in..."

"sin" (hH hAMARTIA) is now translated as the subject (Nominative).

[let it] 3rd person singular.

"reign" (BASILEUETW) is now translated as 3rd person singular,
Imperative.

"not" makes this a prohibition.

Respectfully,

B.J. Williamson
