Me parece que este versículo representa el caso de una oración coordinada
del tipo copulativa, unida por la copula Y; con un mismo sujeto. Repitiendo
veo que este caso los juicios, o elementos oracionales coordinados, se
suceden uno a otro por la simple adición de la cópula y.
Con respecto a su segunda pregunta, me parece que lo interesante o la
diferencia entre un verbo y el otro es que solo se está destacando lo
indefinido o durativo de la acción dependiendo si es aoristo o presente
respectivamente, por lo mismo es que GENHSQE no lleva aumento.
