can be made at greater length and more convincingly. I do wonder whether Paul
should be understood as speaking five words with his NOUS more convincingly in
Hebrew or in Greek--I think the antithesis is between intelligible speech and
unintelligible speech rather than between languages intelligible to two
different speech-communities. Nevertheless, I don't think this is the proper
forum for this discussion. I do not intend to pursue it further here. Suffice
it to say that there will remain alternate views on this matter, and that some
will find one particular view more convincing than another.</DIV>
