Daniel,
Yes, it would be lots of fun to construct a bunch of new rules for K. Greek
syntax with huge lists of restrictive conditions so that the rules would be
without exception. This kind of thing might make a good assignment for a
third year seminary class on Greek Syntax. Have each student make up a new
rule which has no exceptions, using as may restrictive conditions as needed
to make the rule bullet proof.
The problem of course with such rules is that they are functionally
tautologies. They don't tell us anything useful.
