[b-greek] English Version of UBS4/NA27

Is there any general consensus as to which English version generally
adheres most closely to the UBS4/NA27 (or UBS3/NA26) text? I am
primarily concerned with choice of variant readings, but also with
literal translation. Is it the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)?

BTW, I beg your pardon in advance if this is a very basic question
and/or if this is like asking "What is the very best flavor of ice
cream?". I am obviously (just) a novice who is trying to avoid
confusion while I am still (largely) dependent on an interlinear or
parallel text. Thanks!
