I e-mailed customer service at Barnes and Noble and the person who
responded to my message claimed that they had copies in their warehouse and
that all pre-orders will ship. In addition, I received notification that my
(very recent order) had just shipped, and they gave me a UPS tracking
number. My copy is supposed to arrive by Tuesday.
