Some of the blame must also go to C.S. Lewis and Trench, too, don't you
think?

It is funny how the LXX uses AGAPH where you would have thought ERWS more
appropriate!

And the passage about Jesus tenderly gathering Jerusalem like a hen
gathering her chicks, doesn't need STORGH to give us the idea!
