The first is read in a very quick but smooth modern Greek pronunciation, like Zodhiates, and (apparently) professionally recorded. The second is read much more slowly, and in the standard Erasmian (academic) pronunciation, which makes them much easier to listen to for those of us raised on that pronunciation, even though they're not professionally recorded. (Marilyn was recording these for herself (due to failing eyesight), and was good enough to make them freely available.)

>
>
> I have seen the Greek New Testament on audiocassette read by Spiros
> Zodhiates. But I like the new technology of mp3 CD-ROMs. I
> can get over 9
> hours on 1 CD. This allows me to quickly find a verse and
> then repeat it.
> Does anyone know of an effort to put it on this new format?
