Well, now, Maurice; here's something interesting; I'd never associated NOLI
ME TANGERE with MH MOU hAPTOU either; my first notation of the NOLI ME
TANGERE tag was as a motto on one of the very early American Revolutionary
War flags that (I think) had a coiled snake about to strike on a white
background with the motto below: NOLI ME TANGERE. That's pretty far away
from the Johannine text!
