[b-greek] How would you say...? (1 Tim 3.2)

Hello,
I did a search in the web archives of b-greek and found no message related
to my question. If there is, please point me to it.
My question is not really on the meaning of 1 Tim 3.2, rather I would like
to know how would the Greek read if the author had meant any of these
phrases:
"husband of one wife, never divorced..."
"husband of one wife, never married to any other woman..."
"husband of one living wife..."

Thanks,
Francisco Orozco

ps. Offlist messages welcomed.
