Please forgive the lateness of this reply, I had fallen behind in my
reading. I just wanted to add that "New Testament Word Lists for Rapid
Reading of the Greek Testament, ed. By Clinton Morrison and David H.
Barnes, Eerdmans, 1966, was reprinted in England in 1975 by Samuel Bagster
& Sons Ltd. - London. I have found this work extremely helpful as it is
divided into chapters as well as books. I would never remember an entire
books worth of vocabulary, but a chapter at a time is doable. This does
indeed make possible rapid reading, although that is a subjective thing I
suppose.
