I agree that the aspect of this discussion that pertains to ecclesiastical
history is a bit afield, as you put it. I said as much in my own post to
this thread. That having been said, I would be interested in that late
second century reference to a building as a meeting place. If it is not of
interest to others or if it is deemed too off-topic for this list, I would
appreciate an off-list reply. Thanks.
