The response to Charles Black was not supposed to come to the list. I
apologize to Charles for correcting before the whole list. My reply button
replies to every one listed in the heading of the original post. I should
have deleted the b-greek address. I apologize to the list for putting this
rather lengthy post on. I guess I am getting feeble minded, especially after
a difficult week between traveling to Houston and trying to finish a semester.
