Yes, the QRO/NW=i appears be a typographical error in USB4,
in which the typesetter was probably influenced by the TW=i
on either side of the word. NA27, however, has the correct
accentuation, without the bogus circumflex at the end.
It is occasionally possible for a Greek word to bear two
accents, when followed by an enclitic such as MOU or
ESTIN, but this is not one of those cases.
