A good place to start is with:
Moulton, James Hope. A Grammar of New Testament Greek.
This actually comes in four volumes, and even though vol. 2 has the sub-title:
Accidence and Word Formation, with an Appendix on Semitisms in the New
Testament, Moulton, James Hope; Howard, W.F. Edinburgh: T. & T. Clark, 1986.
you might like to start with vol. 1:
Prolegomena. Edinburgh: T. & T. Clark, 1988.
where you will find separate entries in the index for scattered references
to Hebraisms and to Aramaisms
Vol. 3 ( Nigel Turner on "Syntax" ) also has plenty of index entries on
Semitisms; thus
" the tendency of EIS and EN to approximate to each other in Hellenistic
Greek " comes under this rubric.
