Here's a translation I made of the passage last year followed by a few
comments:

-Ignatius and Theophoros,
-to the church worthy of blessing which is in Ephesus of Asia,
-which is blessed with greatness through the fullness of God the father,
-which is predestined before the ages to be through all things to lasting
and unchangeable glory,
-united and chosen in true suffering by the will of the father and Jesus
Christ our God.
-The heartiest greetings in Jesus Christ and in blameless joy.

1.) The participlial form of "predestined" (which is in the 3rd line of
your translation) is probably an attributive participle, modifying "church."
2.) The participial forms of "joined/united" and "chosen" are somewhat
odd. It seems as if they should be dative participles (which could be why
there are text critical readings for such). Frankly, it seems like a
grammatical error, though I am open to correction in this. What is their
antecedent?
3.) In your line #5 it should be "genuine suffering" not "passion for
truth."

Just a few thoughts.
