I think RhHMA can be used of "speaking," but perhaps
that is not its dominant meaning. Generally,
RhHMA means... what was actually spoken or written,
the specific words written in a document or spoken in
a speech, a particular phrase or label, to designate
(as in, the RhHMA "dog" is an animal), etcetera...

I think RhHMA when used of the 'RhHMA of God,' you
have a reference to the actual words attributed to
God.

Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every RhMHA
having been communicated to us by God...
