The elements making up this word (EK TRW MA) would suggest "the effect of some sort of trama in being expelled". I
suggest this is the understood nuance which is behind the Greek usages discussed. In Paul's case of conversion, his
"rebirth" would more closely fit a birth which was tramatically induced rather than strictly untimely or premature.
