ANAGNWQI is 2 sg. aor. imperative active; I think the clause in question
must mean something like, "Now YOU also read aloud (to the public) my law."
The all-important CONTEXT seems to indicate that it is the official, the
EPARCOS, who tells the hRHTWR (the public speaker) to do this.
