Yes, there is a lexicon for the LXX: A Greek-English Lexicon of the
Septuagint, ed. by J. Lust, E. Eynikel, and K. Hauspie, in cooperation with
G. Chamberlain. © 1992, 1997 by Deutsche Bibelgesellschaft, Stuttgart.

As for an interlinear, I do not know of one. The closest thing I can think
of is Brenton's translation of the LXX in parallel columns with the LXX
text. The edition I have is published by Hendrickson.
