Built at Dravo Corp.; commissioned 18 November 1944, Lt(j.g.) John P. Toohil, USNR, in command.

Participated in the assault and occupation of Okinawa 1-3 April 1945, as part of TG 51.2--the Demonstration Group Tractor Flotilla carrying 2nd Division Marines in a feint against the southeast coast

Decommissioned 8 August 1946 and sold to A.S. Wikstrom, Inc., Skaneateles, N.Y. in January 1959.
