Gourmet Vegetables:

Vegetable catagories include: Arugula (or Rocket Salad), Asparagus, Bush Beans, Pole Beans, Shell Beans, Beets Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Cardoon, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celeriac and Celery Leaf, and Chard. Chicory or Endive types such as Curled Endive, Escarole or Batavian Endive, Radicchio or Red Chicory, Witloof or Root Chicory.
