Fair enough but I for one would enjoy some beef about beef on sci.ag.
However lets be honest, the amount of ag traffic is not so great that it
is a problen, indeed the reverse. I am a dairy farmer and actually don't
know that much about beef, or their problems. To shut yourself away in a
beef ghetto prevents others understanding your problems and hey, other
disciplines may have solutions and something to contribute. You beefies
may well be able to contribute towards solving other peoples problems
too. Essentially we are all in it together when it comes down to it.
