!081594 Company awarded $2.6 million over optics infringement


    Zygo Corporation (Middlefield, CT) was awarded more than $2.6 million in
damages in a US District Court ruling of damages due to patent infringement
by WYKO Corporation (Tucson, AZ).  The patent dispute revolved around
technologies used in both companies' interferometer products.
