Do the business practices of Microsoft whilst marketing their Internet
products and services constitute a violation of anti-trust laws? Texas
wants to know.  

"Texas officials are investigating ``the possibility of monopolization and
other conduct in restraint of trade in the market for Internet software''
in violation of state antitrust laws, assistant attorney general Mark
Tobey said in a letter to Microsoft."
