Description:    Loaddog efficiently monitors a varity of system vitals
                and if it believes that the system has crashed or is
                about to crash or otherwise become dysfunctional, safely
		shuts the system down with one minute's warning and
		reboots. Nearly every possible failure point within
		loaddog itself is handled and the system warning,
		shutdown, unmounting and reboot procedures are all
		performed internally. Loaddog is useful for high
		availability or unattended systems or for those
		occasions when one exlaims "if only I could start a
		@#$%*! shutdown, I could take this baby down gently!"
