Abstract: This is the RSX SIG Tape from the Fall 1990 DECUS Symposium
in Las Vegas.  Following is a brief summary of highlights:
[263,1]     BRUREAD BRU tape reader under VMS, updated from
            the F89 VAX tape.  Submitted by G. Kums.
[264,1]     Time conversion routines; greatest common
            factor; spawn CMD to other ter; other utils.
