Its new name is the 
	USENET Info Center
		for the entire work, and
	NewsGroups Info Center
		for the newsgroup data collections

Why two names, 
	There are two names because NewsGroups Info Center is to limiting
	of a title.  Even though it is accuret for now; it may not be in the
	future.  I plan on expanding beyond a simple collection of newsgroup 
	data

So, what do you think.  Do you like it hate accurate etc...  If there is no 
objection by the weekend of Feb 18th and 19th I will begin the name change.
I am asking you guys just incase there is something wrong with the title.
I hate to have to change the name again even after I have already changed it.
