In this little section I present a set of articles that became available to me from the bottomless archives of the Internet. Neither I nor any other Russian scientist compiled this. The meterials were once made up in 1971 to train military personnal of the US Department of Defence, although primary sources were Russain.
I personally would not agree with several interpretations and analisys given there but... I give this "as is" in the hope that people will judge themselves what seems to be a "left-over" from the Cold War era.
