  Originally this group was created to discus the Canter and Siegal mass
  advertising spam (spam = identical post to 20 or more groups), but
  since spamming appears to have become a daily event the group seems to
  be here to stay.  This group is the main forum for discussing threats
  to the net,  spam warnings, cancellation notices and general discussion
  on the subject of abuse of the net.  This is not the place to post
  personal disputes since it is for abuse *of* the net, not abuse *on* the
  net.
