  A newsgroup for discussion of all aspects of the proposed Internet
  Encyclopedia, or Interpedia, including two main areas of discussion: 
  
  o  the collection, creation, and organization of textual and
     other reference material appropriate for an encyclopedia
  
  o  the creation of new software which uses an encyclopedia
     metaphor to allow access to any and all Internet services,
     resources, and information, including but not limited to
     material specifically collected or created for the Interpedia.
