  Tool Command Language (known as Tcl or 'tickle') as well as his
  high level GUI related language ToolKit (Tk).  Also, other languages
  and tools related to either Tcl or Tk are appropriate.  This newsgroup
  consists of questions, answers, frequently posted collections of
  information, announcements of free or commercial software, actual
  source code (pointers to binaries are prefered over posting of
  binaries in some encoded format), pointers to source code, pointers
  to WorldWideWeb or other Internet resources relating to Tcl, announcements
  concerning training seminars, pointers to electronic or printed articles
  relating to the subject matter, and humor relating to Tcl.  Flames about
  Tcl are typically found non-constructive.
