  news.groups.reviews features descriptions of interesting (to someone)
  newsgroups and mailing lists.  Feel free to submit a review of your
  favorite.
  
  The moderator, Jim Jewett <grouprev+@pitt.edu> admits that he is slower 
  than he should be, but things do go out.
  
  It is a relatively low-volume group, but there is very little noise.
  (Depending on your opinions, possibly the two FAQs, and on-topic 
  reviews for groups _you_ don't care about.)
