The Gordon Research Conference: 
PHYSICS AND PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY OF WATER AND AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS 
will meet at Holderness School, Holderness, N. H. during the period of 
August 4 to August 9, 1996, with George E. Walrafen as chair, and 
H. Eugene Stanley as vice-chair.  
 
Because we are now about one year away from the conference, and
because the GRC requires us to have session chairmen and a
tentative schedule in place by November of 1995, it is important
that we receive suggestions concerning (1) TOPICS, (2) SESSION
CHAIRMEN, (3) SPEAKERS, plus (4) ANY THOUGHTS RELATIVE TO THE
STRUCTURE OF THE MEETING, IMPROVEMENTS, ETC., ETC.
 
We received very good reviews from our last conference, which was
held in 1994.  As the result of these good reviews, the GRC is in
the process of removing our probation.  However, everything depends
upon the success of the next meeting in 1996.  If the 1996 meeting
is a really great success we will be off probation, for sure. 
HENCE, YOUR REPLIES ARE VITAL TO THE FUTURE OF THE WATER
CONFERENCE, AND WE WILL TAKE THEM VERY SERIOUSLY.  
 
Please send your replies to George Walrafen.  In this way it will
not be necessary for Gene Stanley to re-transmit them.  
 
Gene is in charge of the poster session, and we will be sending out
applications for posters either this fall, or early in 1996.  If
you want to present a poster, you can write to Gene now, however,
but you must give: (1) YOUR COMPLETE ADDRESS, (2) YOUR TELEPHONE
NUMBER, (3) YOUR FAX NUMBER, AND (4) YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS.  YOU ALSO
MUST GIVE A COMPLETE TITLE, AND A SHORT ABSTRACT, INCLUDING THE
NAMES (AND ADDRESSES, IF DIFFERENT) OF ALL AUTHORS.
