Is Christ declared to be God in Rom. 9:5!

Dear B-Greekers:

I was interested to hear that Metzger was the catalyst for the change in
punctuation in UBS. Now this all makes sense!

When the New Revised Standard Version came out, Rom. 9:5 was the first verse
I checked; note that it reads, doubtless due to Metzger's influence:

"...comes the Messiah, who is over all, God blessed forever."

The original RSV "God who is over all be blessed for ever. Amen." is now
relegated, in so many words, to third place, in a footnote.

(BTW - Isa. 7:14 was the second passage I checked)
