John Grassmick, _Principles and Practice of Greek Exegesis_ (Dallas Sem.,
1974) has what I consider the best intro to diagramming Greek. It teaches
you _how_ to diagram on pp. 81-103 and then provides a complete diagram of
Colossians on pp. 104-33 (with grammatical/exegetical notes ff. It's a
useful handbook; I wish one of the major publishers would pick it up.
Also: (Lee ?) Kantenwein, _Diagrammatical Analysis [of the NT ?]_ (or a
title very much like that) is more involved, but too much so for my taste.
The Gramcord Institute distributes an extensive grammatical diagram of
Philippians by John McLean (about 200 pgs., looseleaf). It also includes
grammatical questions (with answers) and discussion.
More simplified approaches to charting the structure of a passage that are
often more useful "per hour of time expended" [if that is a valid criteria!
:) ], include:
Gordon Fee, _NT Exegesis_ pp. 60-76 (of 1st ed.)
Walt Kaiser, _Toward and Exegetical Theology_ pp. 165-81
Bill Mounce, _Graded Reader of Biblical Greek_ (Zondervan, 1996), xv-xxiii,
183-206 (1 Jn. 3:9, BTW, is "phrased" on p. 187.) This is one of the more
useful approaches for those of you who are attempting to use this in the
context of ministry. Bill calls his system "phrasing" and the intro.
section noted here explains _how_ to do it (Fee and Kaiser illustrate a
similar system, but have little or no explanation). The second set of pages
listed is an appendix that includes Bill's own phrasings of quite a few
passages.
