BibleWorks' home page is <http://www.intr.net.bibleworks>. There is also a
discussion list at <bworks-l@blc.edu>, which, I think, one can join by typing
"subscribe" in the text area. I don't know whether there is any demo available,
but you may have somebody who's got a copy which you can have a look at. To
second David's opinion, though understating the facts, BibleWorks is not a
disappointing program.
