David Alan Black, Linguistics for Students of NT Greek, has some good introductory material and a nice bibliography. From that bibliography, I also have Nida, Louw, Snyman, Cronje, Style and Discourse, with special reference the text of the Greek NT. Excellent coverage of the subject, in my estimation.
