Juan....I'm an amateur when it comes to the greek...but I don't think
that there is an NT occurance of EK in the genitive case...I believe
it's only used in the Ablative Case.. I don't know if this would make
any difference in your nuanced of meaning or not. This would indicate
your partitive nature...by the very nature of the Ablative case but I
cannot say what the lack of the EK would mean in v.15.

Could the Gen. in v. 15 be a Genitive of Relationship? (cf Dana &
Mantey 76)
