The postings back and forth increase in length, without shedding additional
light on the topic. [There have been useful bibliographic references, some
archaeological data brought in--and that I appreciate.]
The result: Since there is little new data proposed--and much that is not
linguistic, I suggest (I hope respectfully) that the discussion be
continued outside of b-greek.
