I have been reading the discussions on the language of the Messiah during His
lifetime. My questions are:
If He spoke Greek what are the impllications to our understanding of the
texts of the NT, or to doctrine, etc.?
If He spoke Aramaic, then what are the implications?
If He spoke Hebrew, then what must we change, if anything?
Like the rest of us, I have my arguments on one side or the other, but,
bottom line, how would knowing for sure impact our spiritual, intellectual or
physical life?
And, will knowing for sure impact our present understanding of the Greek
language?
