"Do it Yourself" Sources

On another list, the topic of materials for those who wish (or need) to
study NT Greek by themselves (i.e. "self-study") has once again come up.

As a result, I'd like to put together a webpage (or at least a FAQ) on
this subject. Any contributions, ideas, comments, etc, actively
(and gratefully) accepted. (Preferably, for the moment, sent directly to
me, rather than to the whole list.)

OTOH if someone already has such a page/FAQ in place, I would certainly
like to know about that.

(To head off a common objection that often comes up in these discussions:
I don't think anyone doubts that a formal course of study, in a standard
setting is by far the prefered path. But, speaking for my fellow
auto-Greekeleh, there are cases where self-study is, alas, the only
possible course. My goal is to provide pointers to resouces for those who
want to do this right.)

Thanks
